Sites and hookups

Six back-in gravel sites. Every pedestal has a water spigot and an in-ground sewer connection. Sites 1 to 4 have 30 and 50 amp outlets; sites 5 and 6 are 30 amp only. Longest rig is 45 feet on sites 1 and 2.

Amps listed are what the pedestal supplies. Sites 5 and 6 have a 30 amp outlet only; a 50 amp coach can run on 30 with an adapter and one air conditioner.

Every site

  • Every site: threaded water spigot and in-ground sewer connection at the pedestal. 30 and 50 amp on sites 1 to 4; 30 amp only on sites 5 and 6.
  • Gravel pads, level within an inch or two. Bring blocks if you are picky.
  • No wifi. Verizon and AT&T signal is good on the lot. [confirm with Dennis]
  • Tow vehicles and boat trailers park on the lawn edge, not on the drive.
  • Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am. Generators off; you have shore power.
